"INNOVATION"
Not merely the technology of an era,
but the driving force behind social transformation.
In today's fast-changing world, this book is one of the rare works that leads readers on a journey to truly understand the heart of innovation. It presents historical lessons alongside future trends, helping readers grasp the essence of innovation by drawing together global-level concepts such as Megatrends, VUCA, and BANI, as well as case studies of Thai innovation from multiple perspectives.
.
From the foundations of Western philosophy to the contemporary landscape of Thai innovation in a hybrid society, this book opens doors for readers to see beyond mere technology and into the realm of inclusive innovation-an innovation society that is equitable, sustainable, and rooted in justice. It provides valuable insights for leaders, policymakers, educators, and anyone seeking to understand and adapt to transformative change.
.
Socrates, the Father of Western Philosophy, once said: One must be willing to die for the sake of justice and democracy.
Plato, in The Republic, emphasized the importance of justice as the highest virtue- "The importance of being just in the world, and by being just, one is happy."
Plato's most famous disciple from the Academy, Aristotle, later advanced this legacy by defining the true nature of politics and the role of the state.
